GHJ has partnered with a healthcare company that has been a trusted provider in the community for decades and is known for its exceptional care and positive workplace culture. We are looking for an experienced Controller to manage our financial operations and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage accounting functions, such as accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management.
- Develop and maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team.
- Coordinate external audits and support strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA is required
- [Number] years of experience in accounting or financial management, ideally in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and healthcare financial regulations.
- Proven leadership and financial operations management experience.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
