Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Director of Finance & Accounting, the Sr. Property Accountant will assist in various treasury management functions, lender reporting, lender draws and tax filings, funding requests, will work closely with property management accountants on financial reporting, financial statements, general ledger, assist with audits, and supervise and manage property accountant.
Requirements desired:
- Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, or finance, minimum of 2 years of real estate accounting experience, advance Excel skills, experience with Yardi software is plus, supervisory experience, someone that is highly motivated, and detail oriented.
$90,000 - $110,000 a year
