Prepare and review journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and financial reports.

Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.

Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.

Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and provide variance explanations.

Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Supervise junior accounting staff and assist with their professional development.

Coordinate with other departments to gather financial data and resolve accounting issues.

Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.

Identify process improvements and contribute to system enhancements.
