Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is seeking a Controller to lead their accounting department.
· Oversee accounting team and ensure financials are created timely and accurately
· Oversee inventory management and own the e-commerce revenue reporting
· Manage the month end closing process
· Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
· Prepare account reconciliations
· Timely preparation of financial reports and reporting for external parties
· Stay up to date on accounting standards and advise organization on accounting procedures in accordance with GAAP
· Lead audits, reviews, and other ad hoc items for external parties.
· Analyze material, labor and overhead costs, investigating variances when necessary
· Generate job cost and inventory reports as needed.
· Monitor inventory control processes and investigate discrepancies.
$130,000 - $150,000 a year
