Gigya is growing quickly, and we are expanding our Corporate IT team. This team provides support to the company employees. You will be responsible to support the daily operation of the helpdesk ticketing, desktop support, printing, wireless, IP telephony, infrastructure routers, switches, firewalls and overall networking, troubleshooting, exploring and installing new technologies and systems, working with vendors and suppliers, proactively identifying things to improve, maintain documentation, deal with procurement and effectively communicating with the company employees.

As a part of your role you will work in a dynamic environment with many different technologies, systems and services and people, and you will be able to learn and use your expertise and experience to help improving and influencing the IT service.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide support with any IT issues for the company’s employees (on-site and remote)
    • Handle access management for the company’s resources
    • Manage the IT infrastructure including laptops, desktops, printing, wireless, IP telephony, video conferencing, infrastructure routers, switches, firewalls
    • Ensure smooth, stable operation for the company systems and services with 100% uptime
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues detected by the monitoring systems or reported by employees
    • Maintain documentation for the IT systems, services, processes
    • Maintain vendors and suppliers relationship including procurement
    • Explore and install new technologies, systems and services
    • Communicate IT related plans / tasks / changes to the relevant stakeholders and company’s employees

Requirements and Abilities:

    • 3 years’ experience with IT support
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Very good experience with installation configuration and maintenance of Mac and Windows OS
    • Experience with managing SaaS applications like Google Apps, SalesForce, etc
    • Experience with Active-Directory management
    • Proactive approach to detect and fix issues
    • Ability to lead IT related projects
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
    • Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines
    • Ability to support critical issues during off hours in case needed
    • Passion for fast-paced problem solving

    • Bachelor’s degree is a plus
