Community Partnership Associate
Girls Who Code is s searching for a dynamic, and results-oriented intern to support the community partnership building and management for both our Clubs and Summer Immersion Program.
The ideal candidate will have some experience cultivating, building and maintaining school and community-partner relationships. The successful candidate has at least 1 year of demonstrated experience cultivating community, school or education relationships. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Support Sr. Manager for Community and School Partnerships to build and manage key local community partnerships reaching our target beneficiaries across all programs and regions
-Collaborate with Sr. Manager to provide key community stakeholders sufficient resources to support program delivery
-Support on communications strategy for community and school partners
-Support with partner info sessions, questions through the the application process, program evaluation, including survey data, site visits, focus groups and partner feedback; synthesize information to share findings and improve community relationships
-Assist in developing strategies to engage new partners and renew existing partners
-Assist in general Community Engagement administrative tasks including working with the Girls Who Code team
-Conduct program site visits for host sites under assigned partnerships
Requirements and Qualifications include:
-Experience with relationship or business development
-Strong customer service focu
-Must be highly meticulous and detail-oriented
-Articulate; strong verbal communication skills
-Self-starter who works well independently and in teams
-Prior experience working with schools or local community organizations
-Technical knowledge of Google Drive, Salesforce and Fluid Review a plus
-Start as soon as possible
-20 hours a week
