Our newly developed Community Department is excited to add a Digital Content Producer to support our marketing and branding efforts as we accelerate in growth. This person will be in daily contact with our customers and partners and report directly to our Vice President of Community. The Digital Content Producer will host Givebutter Webinars and tell Success Stories through blogs, newsletters, and social media, among other responsibilities. A creative, extroverted, and forward-thinking individual will thrive in this role.

    • Source, create, and optimize engaging content for the Givebutter community that presents a clear and consistent vision of our product
    • Lead customer-facing webinars and other online events
    • Own the Givebutter social media accounts, content, and analytics
    • Identify resources needed to attract new customers and acquire new channels for growth
    • Oversee SEO tracking done by a third party
    • Track data and analytics, establish metrics to showcase growth


    • Experience owning the full cycle of content creation from ideation to implementation
    • Proven ability to manage and grow an online community through various social channels
    • Experience presenting to customers virtually or in-person
    • Experience managing multiple third-party vendors
    • A high-level understanding of SEO
    • An understanding of market trends in content marketing
    • Experience working with or volunteering for nonprofits
