We help nonprofits fundraise to reduce suffering and improve the world. We’re building a psychology-based donation platform that increases subscription donations by tying donations to things people do and care about. Join us and help charities do more good. 

We need an experienced Product Manager who is excited to drive donor acquisition and engagement through user research, brainstorming, and experimentation. You will work closely with the product team (our head of product and contracted designers), our engineering team (three senior software engineers), and our growth team (our head of growth and three partnership managers) to create products delivering value and delight to charities and donors alike. Your work will drive donors to more meaningfully engage with the charities they support, and will help those charities further their missions to improve the world.

In your first 3 months, you will...

    • Becoming an expert on the nonprofit fundraising market and donor behavior
    • Conduct customer interviews and market research to define product priorities
    • Work with contract designers to create product specifications, providing constructive feedback
    • Work with the engineering team to implement those specifications

In your first 6 months, you will…

    • Create systems and processes facilitating effective collaboration between design, product, growth, and engineering
    • Work with the growth team to identify core needs for our nonprofit customers
    • Identify and test product features driving greater donor acquisition and engagement
    • Work with our engineering and growth teams to create a product roadmap balancing customer needs, donor value, and strategic vision
    • Define and analyze metrics informing product development and optimization

In your first year, you will...

    • Oversee the creation of new products such as a B2B charity dashboard or a B2C donor portal
    • Continually work to create value for nonprofits and donors
    • Identify ways to drive more donations to carefully vetted high-impact charities
    • Conduct experimentation and testing to achieve product-market fit

    • Focuses on finding product-market fit by building the right features 
    • Is comfortable with best practices in market research, user interviews, and experimentation
    • Has created or owned a clear and concise product roadmap
    • Has collaborated closely with engineering and growth teams
    • Uses data and measurement to gauge feature success and identify areas of opportunity
    • Understanding of charity fundraising and donor psychology
