We help nonprofits fundraise to reduce suffering and improve the world. We’re building a psychology-based donation platform that increases subscription donations by tying donations to things people do and care about. Join us and help charities do more good. 

We're searching for someone who's excited by a dynamic job working across a flat organization advising nonprofits on strategy and success with the platform. The right person wants to dig in with external partners like nonprofits and internal teams like product. In this role, you will tackle a diverse array of projects from implementing onboarding steps for new partners to scaling systems. 

In this role, you will:

    • Make architectural decisions as we scale our API backend and database.
    • Be comfortable both with solving technical problems from scratch, and with leveraging tools and libraries.
    • Produce high quality code while considering both technical factors (performance, extensibility, etc.) and product factors (user experience, business goals, etc.).

In your first 3 months, you will...

    • Successfully onboard and create strong bonds with the current team.
    • Start running the nonprofit success process.
    • Work to scale processes between growth and product.
    • Help build out strategy for partnerships.

In your first 6 months, you will…

    • Help us scale to a team of 15 thoughtful folks
    • Self-direct across the org doing customer research and contributing to product.
    • Anticipate working on 2-3 projects at a time.

    • Built relationships with organizations and scaled systems

    • Excited to do customer research and then build systems to refine on success
    • Quickly pickups new technology or tools
    • Capable of driving the velocity of projects from start to end
