The Regional HR Business Partner role is a critical role in developing and maintaining culture and accountability in our local offices. The HRBP will strategically partner with regional and local leadership to align HR activities with the business objectives of the local offices. This role serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues and is expected to understand the operations, business strategy and goals of each market. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR and workforce-related needs. Communicating needs proactively within the HR team and local leadership, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions that benefit the local team and Giving Home.
What you will be doing:
- Partner with Human Resources management and regional/local team to identify, develop, and enhance department initiatives, programs, activities, policies, and procedures. Proactively recognizes opportunities for HR to add or improve value within the office and region, and across the company.
- Guide and advise managers on corrective action, development plans, and performance differentiation.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation while effectively communicating and executing necessary changes to policies and procedures. Assist management and employees on human resources issues, employment law, and develop new programs and initiatives to meet management needs.
- Advise management and other leaders regarding employment law and regulatory compliance.
- Perform thorough investigations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Create and foster a learning environment for the local team and HR staff.
- Assist the local HR team in providing an excellent onboarding experience for local new hires (W2s and 1099s) as well as maintaining and collecting necessary documentation for ongoing compliance.
- Maintain employee data and processes within the HRIS/HRMS system.
- Support efforts that focus on organizational effectiveness improvement and high performance help the workforce prepare for and adapt to any potential changes that Giving Home may experience.
- Know the employees, what motivates them, and drives their behavior in the workplace; help create a workplace that fosters open communication, high performance and putting our patients first; promote employee development in ways that help them better their talents and skills on the job.
- Assist in the research, preparation, and report submission for various federal, state, and local compliance requirements.
- Travel as needed to our site locations.
What You Need:
- Human Resources Manager with 3-5 years of experience required
- HR certification preferred
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Experience working with multiple states and multiple locations required

$80,000 - $110,000 a year
up to 10% annual based on company performance and proration to hire date
