We’re looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys working across a variety of HR functions—from benefits and recruitment to compliance and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Benefits Administration: Assist with benefit enrollments, changes, and communications; support employees with benefit-related questions.
- Recruitment Coordination: Coordination of interviews, job fairs, agency relationships, and travel nurse program. Assist with sourcing as needed.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and assist with compliance-related tasks and audits.
- Employee Engagement: Track and announce employee birthdays and work anniversaries; contribute to HR initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
- HR Inbox Support: Monitor and respond to general HR inquiries, escalating as needed.
- Other Duties: Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR or administrative support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS)
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in helping others
$25 - $30 an hour
