The Glass Health Clinical Context Team is charged with developing and maintaining the clinical excellence of Glass Health’s AI system.

AI Clinical Fellows develop context, test, and optimize our AI's abilities to handle topics in clinical medicine. Specifically, AI Clinical Fellows work in teams of 2-4 to write and review evidence-based context for our AI, test its ability to use those guidelines in clinical scenarios, and fine-tune our AI's performance.

Glass Health AI Clinical Fellows make a minimum 1-year commitment to Glass Health, working on average 3-10 hours per week to create peer-reviewed and evidence-based context and fine-tune our AI.

Clinical Fellows have opportunities to join our Product & Engineering, Clinical Validation, Clinical Informatics, Enterprise & Partnerships, Safety, Ethics, & Alignment, Medical Education, Community, Health Equity, and our Operations teams.

Clinical Fellows have opportunities to be promoted to the leadership roles of AI Associate Managing Editor, AI Deputy Section Editor, and/or AI Section Editor, which help set the direction and execution of achieving clinical excellence in their specialty.

At this time, positions are only available to physicians and physicians-in-training based in the United States. International applicants will be kept on file for future consideration.


$40 - $120 an hour
All Glass Health Clinical Fellows are paid at an hourly rate by level of training.

Premedical Student: $40
Medical Student: $60
Resident: $80
Fellow: $100
Attending: $120
