Case Manager (MOUD)

  • Do you have a bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, or a related field and/or at least 2 years of experience providing MOUD/MAT navigation and harm reduction-focused case management services?
  • If yes to the question above, briefly describe your relevant degree or experience, including familairty with medications such as Suboxone, Naltrexone, or methadone encampments?
  • Do you have experience applying harm reduction and strengths-based counseling techniques while working with diverse clients and collaborating with other programs or community partners?
