We’re looking for a Business Operations Analyst Intern to join our Operations team to drive improvements in efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction in our scaling phase. We will provide you with the opportunity to expand your skill sets and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-growing space.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Business Operations Improvements
- Business Analysis
- Dashboards Instrumentation
-Support Business Operations Improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
-Conduct internal stakeholders’ discovery calls to understand requirements and challenges.
-Support in Business Systems and Experiments Roll out + Adoption
-Analyze past data to uncover patterns and insights
-Test business hypotheses and conduct gap analysis to validate hypotheses
-Create dashboards to track progress, enabling informed decision-making and addressing specific business needs.
- You will become a part of an exciting, fast-growing, and cutting-edge tech startup in Southeast Asia, poised to become the leader of the HR Tech space in the region
- You will be directly exposed to the fastest growing emerging markets in the region (Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia etc.)

- Comfortable working with data and making data-driven decisions
- Experience in SQL Can work independently to execute initiatives
- Strong work ethic with get-it-done growth mindset
- Proactive with proposing solutions and flagging issues
- Collaborative: Able to work with different BUs and team members across geographies/cultures
- Excited about solving problems and Zero-defect mindset
S$850 - S$850 a month
