We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Intern to join our Product Marketing team, to help and drive our B2B marketing activities for the Singapore market. In this internship experience, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both physical and online marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing

    • Event Management: Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing events, participating actively in initiatives like event promotion, coordinating speakers, managing vendors, and providing logistical support to ensure seamless delivery from beginning to end.
    • Project Management: Play an active role in making sure our marketing projects get done on time and as planned. Work with the team to assign tasks, manage schedules, and keep an eye on progress. Contribute to finding and solving any problems that might come up during the project.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Track and generate reports to provide insights into the performance of our marketing projects. Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Provide support to the Marketing Lead in making informed decisions to enhance our overall marketing strategy.
    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of our marketing operations. Participate in implementing changes to improve our workflows, making the team more efficient.

Who We Are Looking For

    • Last year university student or fresh graduate from any field (preferable from marketing/communication/management field).
    • Having experiences in project and stakeholder management: Get used to working on specific goals and sets of tasks in a team, dealing with stakeholders from internal and external, delivering expected results at expected timeline.
    • Ability to work under pressure: Can keep functioning under tight deadlines and increasing amount of workload (also do the right thing by prioritizing works, communicating if any blockers and bandwidth issue, and deliver according to expected deadlines).
    • Good attention to detail: Get used to working with things needed for high accuracy, from numbers to spelling, and accuracy of brief vs results.
    • Learn quickly: Adaptable in new situations, ability to quickly be familiar with new sets of workflow and tools.
    • Self-starter: Does not need too much instructions to do actions.
    • Good communication skills: Ability to convey the brief and explain details with other stakeholders. Proactive and not afraid of asking questions and challenging the status quo.
