We are looking for a Partnerships Intern to be an indirect channel for our Cross-Border Commercial team by focusing on increasing lead generation opportunities. You will be reporting directly to our Partnerships Lead based in Singapore.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build partnerships function at Glints from 0 to 1
- Acquire and manage relationships with Glints' partners
- Manage entire process from acquiring partners to maintaining relationships with partners; prospecting, meetings, negotiating, contracting, onboarding, ongoing management
- Work with internal cross-functional teams e.g. Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Business Operations within Glints to deliver a seamless experience for partners

- Interested in building long-lasting relationships with partners and has networks to leverage from
- Can think out-of-the-box and find creative ways to shape partnerships
- Proactive self-starter and can independently suggest new ways of identifying new partnerships
- Comfortable with change and can navigate through ambiguity as we find more information about partnerships and may change directions where needed
- Go-getter mentality and willing to take up various challenges to get to the outcome
