We’re looking for Associate Consultant to join our TalentHub Sales team, to help our overseas hiring partner get their best Indonesian talent using our Talent hub service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling and end-to-end recruitment activities for our hiring partner by sourcing the best talent on the market to fill the open role based on requirement: from sourcing - interviewing - offering - handling employment document.
- Sell the role to potential talent by telling them why they should move and work with our hiring partners.
- You really have to understand what is the value proposition of our hiring partners company

Who We Are Looking For
- Someone who is really good and confident with their communication skills and is fluent to talk in English, because you will be using english on daily basis.
