The mission for this role is to support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing exceptional A players for Glints. This role will focus on research and sourcing to build a strong top-of-funnel candidate pipeline, and assist in First Cut screenings where required.

Effective sourcing and pipeline building

    • Develop a deep understanding of hiring requirements and the market(s) for the positions you are supporting
    • Source for quality candidates to meet hiring needs in a timely manner
    • Reach out to candidates to interest them in the opportunity and schedule First Cuts

Organised and timely sourcing process, including administrative updates

    • Discipline to execute the sourcing/screening process well and in a timely manner, including building and maintaining of organised candidate pool
    • Able to provide support on  administrative matters and regular updates in ATS/manual systems
