We’re looking for an exceptional growth enthusiast to join our marketing team at Glints Indonesia.

What You’ll Be Doing:
The mission of this role is to drive awareness and adoption of Glints job app amongst job seekers in second and third tier cities of Indonesia, enabling Glints to be the preferred job marketplace.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be tapping into your user-centricity and highly strategic mind, coupled with passion for driving business growth and ability to orchestrate high quality execution of marketing and communications initiatives, to increase brand recognition and expand user base in cities of Surabaya, Bandung, Bali and other cities Glints expands into in a manner that optimizes the use of resources and marketing budgets.

In this role, you will:

    • Build recognition of Glints brand and app with highly sustainable growth - Develop and execute hyperlocal marketing strategies that can be scaled rapidly and cost efficiently to reach and engage with a larger audience. This could include, but not limited to building content, communities, partnerships and word-of-mouth.
    • Acquire targeted number of job seeking users onto Glints app with high level of cost efficiently - Utilize data and analytics to identify the most cost-effective user acquisition channels, continuously track, analyze and optimize marketing channels and tactics to improve customer acquisition costs (CAC); tailor marketing messages to resonate with job seekers in specific cities; conduct A/B tests to refine ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages; Monitor and control ad spends to ensure that it is aligned with the goals of acquiring the targeted number of users efficiently.
    • Build scalable operation engine that enables successful geographical expansion of business footprint - Collaborate closely with sales, product and operations to align marketing efforts with the broader expansion strategy; develop SOPs and playbooks for executing marketing operations in new cities, such as campaign setup, audience targeting, content creation, and performance tracking; implement feedback loop, data analytics and reporting systems that provide insights to be used for adapting marketing strategies and improving local effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Defined and built high-performing capabilities and team to deliver on targeted performance sustainably - Design, evaluate and enhance the marketing team's skills, structure, and capabilities to fill gaps and ensure alignment with the organization's goals;develop a customer-centric, data-driven and high-accountability culture, focusing on users, metrics and continuous improvement; foster cross-functional collaboration, enabling seamless teamwork, mutual accountability and shared success.

Who We Are Looking For

    • At least a b​​​achelor's degree in business, engineering, IT, Math or other technical fields
    • 3-5 years of work experience, with a proven track record of business growth enablement through growth, marketing, product/tech or consulting
    • Data-driven and analytical; able to evaluate opportunities through market research and data
    • Results-oriented; is an independent, motivated self-starter and learner
    • Effective problem-solver with business acumen; able to think outside the box to devise new ideas and effective solutions to drive business performance
    • Highly adaptable to failures, setbacks and changes, is a keen and effective communicator and listener
    • Strong collaborator; has the ability to lead and boost cross-functional and external collaboration for expected output
    • Strong execution skills; not only to oversee initiative, but also get into the details & hands-on if needed 
    • Ability and interest in building and nurturing lean, agile and high-performing teams
    • Proficient in Indonesian and English languages (spoken and written)
    • Proficient in MsPowerpoint/Google Slides and MsExcel/Google Sheets
