We’re looking for an International Business Associate to join our Demand Generation team, to grow our business in APAC and aid our expansion to international markets.
 
You will conduct market research to find our potential hiring partner overseas. We are offering our Talenthub recruitment service for them - a talent discovery and management platform. Using your ability to conduct a deep research you will be able to forecast what is the right company to target, craft a personalized message to them and set up a meeting with our Business Development Team.

You will play a strategic role in growing the business at Glints -- you will have the chance to be part of the core commercial team, involved in demand growth and market expansions.

What You'll Be Doing

    • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
    • Contact and qualify potential customers
    • Set appointments and follow up on leads
    • Analyze and develop strategies for reaching sales targets
    • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
    • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
    • Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
    • Regular reporting and results to management
    • Conducts sales out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers.

Who We Are Looking For

    • 1 year of experience in Sales/BD
    • Bachelor degree in Business or related field
    • Intellectually curious with intense desire to continuously learn new things and improve processes
    • Proficiency in HubSpot (preferred) or other CRM systems
    • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
    • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
    • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
    • Time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Outgoing and brave personality
    • Flexibility and adaptability to change
    • Located in Batam/Relocate to Batam as travel to Singapore is required
