What You’ll Be Doing
- Be a Recruiter to source potential candidates and connect them with clients
- Be an AM/PIC to engage with clients to comprehend their talent requirements, with a primary emphasis on serving MNC/SMEs clients in Tech/FMCG/Retail/Manufacturing/Logistics industry
- Manage multiple hiring processes, guide candidates, and gather feedback
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and guarantee the smooth recruitment process
- Track data to improve our recruitment service
Who We Are Looking For
- Junior Level: At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Recruitment Consulting, Talent Acquisition, or B2B sales
- Senior Level: At least 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Recruitment Consulting, Talent Acquisition, or B2B sales with proven track record
- Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English (Intermediate/Conversational level)
- Mandarin Proficiency: A plus, especially if working with Chinese clients
- Resilient & Target-Oriented: Thrives in a goal-driven environment
- People-Centric & Adaptable: Enjoys building relationships and working in a team
