We’re looking for a People Strategy Intern to join our People Strategy team, to support the business in developing and scaling people programs that will deliver direct positive impact to both the business and Glintstars, across the various stages of Glints’ growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

    • Drive and support strategic planning and design of people-related initiatives and programs aligned with business needs, including organizational design, employee engagement and continuous listening, total reward strategy and education, people policy design and change management
    • Execution and coordination of internal communications activities at the company level through various forms of communication channels
    • Conduct market intelligence and data analysis for various people-related programs, including compensation and benefits, organizational design, and learning and development
    • Propose productivity enhancements and automation workflows to relevant people strategy initiatives, by leveraging Lark Suite platform and other integrations/applications
    • Coordination of People Team meetings in partnership with People Team leadership by supporting in scheduling and staffing of agenda topics

Who We Are Looking For

    • Strong work ethic with get-it-done mindset, and proactive with proposing solutions and flagging issues
    • Strategy thinking and project management skills, with ability to drive projects from research to planning and execution
    • Creative mindset to implement new ideas and seek improvements to drive efficiency and productivity
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas in a clear and structured manner
    • Demonstrates high ownership to be able to deliver and take responsibility for work outcomes
    • Problem-solving and analytical abilities to drive data-driven decisions
    • Passion for people and making a positive impact
    • Prior experience or exposure in HR consulting/strategy, organizational psychology, employee engagement, or other HR-related areas is a strong plus
