We’re looking for an Operations Associate (Accounts) to join our Account Operations team, to go above and beyond in every interaction, consistently exceeding service level requirements and creating an environment where exceptional managed talent experiences are the norm.
This role will handle our clients' employees based in Indonesia, while our clients themselves are spread across different countries globally, especially in Asia.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new clients and employees, ensuring timely and smooth handoffs from the sales team
- Set up accounts, workflows, and documentation according to the onboarding SOP.
- Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for the assigned client and employees.
- Monitor account activity and proactively address any issues or service gaps.
- Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) and deliverables are met on time.
- Collaborate with another stakeholder, HR, Payroll, and AM teams to ensure end-to-end client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and operations platforms.
Who We Are Looking For
- 1-3+ years of experience in customer-facing area
- Able to handle multiple tasks systematically and efficiently
- Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication
- Fast learner and adaptive
- Strong ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
- Skilled in managing relationships with key stakeholders
- Knowledgeable in labor laws and compliance are nice to have
