We’re hiring a Sales Recruiter in Lahore to help us find, attract, and hire top-tier outbound sales talent. You’ll play a key role in identifying strong candidates who can thrive in a U.S. outbound sales environment and grow with our company.

What You’ll Do

    • Own candidate sourcing for our SDR team in Pakistan - especially reps with experience selling to U.S.-based customers.
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand target profiles, align on expectations, and continuously calibrate based on performance.
    • Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Teamable to proactively build talent pipelines.
    • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling to keep the process smooth and fast-moving.
    • Help build and refine scalable recruiting processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What We’re Looking For

    • 1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on hiring outbound sales talent.
    • Proven ability to source candidates who have sold into U.S. markets.
    • Strong sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamable, and others.
    • Experience using ATS tools like Lever is a plus.
    • Clear communicator, process-driven, and highly organized.
