We’re hiring a full-time Recruiting Coordinator to support our global hiring efforts and help scale our high-performing team. You’ll play a critical role in sourcing, scheduling, and managing a smooth candidate experience, while working closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role with significant growth potential. You’ll work onsite in Lahore.
What You’ll Do
- Support the end-to-end recruiting process, from job posting to offer stage
- Source and engage candidates for sales, operations, and engineering roles
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews across global time zones
- Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure a smooth, timely, and professional experience for every candidate
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and progress toward hiring goals
- Continuously look for ways to improve process efficiency and candidate experience
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in a recruiting or coordination role
- Excellent spoken and written English with a professional, clear tone
- Lahore-based and able to work onsite in our office
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, or similar)
