What's the Role?
The Account Executive (AE) role is designed for experienced B2B sales professionals with a proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth. In this role, you will manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads provided by SDRs and Junior AEs, and you are expected to efficiently manage this pipeline, accurately forecast your revenue, and consistently achieve a high close rate.
You'll be responsible for:
- Manage and expand a client pipeline ranging from dentists to florists, restaurant owners, and beyond.
- Consult, educate, and sell Glow's insurance programs with a high volume of sales engagements—excellent communication skills and persistence are crucial.
- Specialize in Workers' Compensation insurance, mastering the nuances of coverage and addressing any client hesitations or objections to safeguard their enterprises.
- Consistently surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through strategic outreach and client engagement.
You'll be a good fit if you:
- Eager to engage with cutting-edge technology and processes. We develop our proprietary software in-house, enhancing our operational efficiency.
- Experienced in B2B sales, particularly with small businesses across various sectors such as hospitality, retail, and manufacturing.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets within short sales cycles.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Keen to contribute to the development of tech products for the insurance sector without needing to code.
- Skilled in communication and problem-solving, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry. No prior insurance license required—we provide support in obtaining necessary certifications.
