We are seeking a creative Graphic Design Intern that loves design, and is interested in social good.  You will be part of our Design department with a focus on crafting consistent and engaging visual experiences across our communication, digital and printed matter. You will join a dynamic and diversely skilled team to improve and strengthen our brand. Keeping it fresh and on trend, across our social media presence and website. We are excited to work with someone that pushes the design with passion across different deliverables, and comes to the table with new ideas that expand visually upon the foundation of our mission.

You will:

    • Work with various teams to support multiple design needs like: marketing and sales materials, digital and social campaigns, brands and website updates
    • Document the research behind designs and validate them with feedback loops
    • Be an ambassador within our organization for good design practice
    • You will be conscious about responsiveness and adaptability of the deliverables for different use cases and devices
    • Own projects, from concept through to delivery and comfortably work across multiple project deadlines.
    • Provide and maintain templates easy to reuse and customize from the other team members
    • Think in terms of scalability, modularity to provide visual systems that endure the time
    • Revise and improve our imagery
    • Design other elements such as illustrations and icons

You have:

    • You are able to conceptualize unconventionally creative ideas and have the ability to execute them
    • You are a good communicator and a good listener.
    • You love to deliver quality work with a particular attention to the details
    • You have a strong imagination and an ability for storytelling
    • You Have a Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., Interaction, Graphic, Visual Communications, Product, Industrial) or equivalent practical experience
    • You are not afraid to experiment and show different solutions with delightful visuals
