We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative to look after our growing customer base!
This person will ensure all GO1 customers are happy and manage a healthy and growing portfolio of customers.

This perfect person for this opportunity would be someone highly capable of effectively communicating with our teams in Australia and Southeast Asia!

Your Responsibilities

    • Answer, troubleshoot and solve technical and sales support enquiries via phone, online chat and email.
    • Work with online systems such as: ticketing/support systems (eg. ZenDesk), learning management system, communication systems and other online tools.
    • Learn and be an expert in GO1 products and services
    • Educate and assist clients in performing tasks in our online LMS system.
    • Liaise with higher level support and technical staff internationally.
    • You will consistently achieve high satisfaction and loyalty targets!
    • Answer product and sales enquiries via online chat.
    • Assist other colleagues with data entry, data aggregation, research, report building and other tasks.
    • Provide assistance and support to your colleagues and other teams whenever it is needed.
    • Live, breathe, and champion the company values and culture!


    • Excellent English (fluent written and spoken)
    • Excellent communication skills (listening, explanatory, persuasion)
    • Excellent phone and chat manners
    • High ability to empathise and be likable, on the phone, email, and messenger.
    • Genuine care for the customer success, seeking their admiration
    • Tech savvy
    • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
    • Positive mindset
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Posses a team player attitude
    • Be comfortable with a fast-moving environment where constant change is the norm
    • Must be flexible: responsibilities and requirements might change due to the nature of a fast changing startup company!
