Sales – Sales Development Representatives
The opportunity

Following significant investment through Series B funding with Microsoft, GO1 has recently expanded into the UK and have exciting growth plans.

We’re currently looking for an experienced Sales Development Team Lead to join GO1’s expanding UK business. This role will be an integral part of the GO1 strategy in the UK. You will be responsible for managing and growing our existing SDR team to build a scalable and repeatable outbound sales function.

The visibility and autonomy of this role is very significant. You will have a chance to put your stamp on a growing ed-tech startup at local and global levels. You will be responsible for driving the performance of our SDR team by ensuring that they have the training, support, tools and coaching needed to power the lead generation activity within the business. 

Who are we looking for?
An enthusiastic and highly experienced candidate with a strong background in SaaS sales, experience within the L&D space is preferred but not essential
Demonstrated background of success - you have a proven history of meeting and exceeding targets
Demonstrated ability to manage, direct, guide and evaluate people and the ability to clearly share skills and knowledge with others
Experience of using metrics for effective decision making and performance improvement
Good knowledge of, or experience working with CRMs and reporting tools
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across functions

Your Responsibilities
Continue to build a scalable and repeatable outbound SDR function that drives the lead generation activity within the business
Manage, motivate and develop the SDR team. Commit to targets, take full ownership of team performance, tracking and delivery
Sales coaching and feedback - develop sales approach, messaging and effectiveness  of SDR outbound activity via emails, phone and social media
Partner with Sales Director and senior leadership team to drive company values and culture
Performance analysis based on key metrics and reporting tools
