The Associate Director, Retail Consignment and Fulfillment of Flight Club will be responsible for overseeing all consignment and order fulfillment operations for all Flight Club retail locations. The areas of responsibility for this role are broad and require a thorough understanding of various company processes. We are looking for an experienced leader who can efficiently run the operations and logistics side of the business and develop a blueprint that can be duplicated for future facilities.

In this role you will:

    • Plan and monitor the day-to-day and long-term business operations and establish strategic goals
    • Supervise staff from different Flight Club locations and foster an inclusive and collaborative culture
    • Evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
    • Manage fulfillment and inventory processes
    • Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
    • Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data
    • Communicate regularly with the GOAT Operations leadership team to align on updates and best practices
    • Work closely with the Customer Experience and Retail Sales teams to optimize customer satisfaction
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with other department heads on new initiatives
    • Develop and maintain relationship with our external shipping and operations partners/vendors
    • Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations

We are looking for:

    • 10+ years experience in an Operations leadership role
    • Both retail and warehouse experience are preferred
    • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
    • Outstanding management, communication and people skills
    • Experience of overseeing a large team (i.e., 50+ employees)
    • In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (i.e., consignment, supply chain, finance, customer service etc.)
    • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
    • Experience in opening and managing multiple locations
    • Must be available and willing to travel and work extended hours as needed to meet business needs
    • Knowledge of retail industry’s legal rules and guidelines
