GOAT Group is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our People team. The ideal candidate has engineering and technology sourcing and recruiting experience and a passion for people, brand, and candidate experience. As a founding member of our Talent Sourcing team, you will work closely with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop strategies to find the best talent globally and build pipelines of passive candidates through a highly engaged approach.

In this role you will:

    • Define and implement the technical sourcing function at GOAT Group
    • Pipeline passive talent for a variety of leadership, technology, diversity and global searches
    • Be an active member of intake meetings with hiring managers and recruiters 
    • Create an engaging and thoughtful sourcing strategy and process that is scalable
    • Support an exemplary candidate experience at every stage of the process
    • Proactively recommend and drive process improvements that impact candidate identification and engagement
    • Implement tried and true sourcing strategies, while keeping an eye towards trends and innovations for sourcing competitive engineering talent
    • Play an integral role in the selection and management of sourcing tools and platforms
    • Scale the function to grow alongside our business

We are looking for:

    • 3+ years of technical recruitment or sourcing experience
    • 2+ years of sourcing experience across complex and leadership technical roles
    • Proven experience in identifying senior level candidates
    • Experience sourcing and engaging top tier engineering and technical talent, with successful conversion rates from initial outreach, pass off to recruiting team, and close
    • Experience partnering with hiring teams and stakeholders, including senior management
    • Demonstrated track record of building working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners
    • Passion and knowledge about the sneakers or streetwear industry is a plus!
