The meaningful work you will tackle:

    • Maintain a master calendar of marketing tactics, campaigns, and customers
    • Manage, update, and share master planning documents and collateral including website management
    • Work with cross-functional internal teams, customers, and external partners  to coordinate and communicate marketing work and projects
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on customer collateral development (sales and consumer engagement)
    • Organize and collaborate with our data team on general data, and data extension files for projects to increase registration/engagement targets
    • Organize & ensure all collateral materials are printed and shipped on time by the printer
    • Partner with the team to identify weekly and monthly topics that will engage customers 
    • Maintain a project list for creative needs with the designer 
    • Identify and prioritize the weekly creative deliverables and upcoming tasks 
    • Manage planning and execution of webinars working in tandem with the content development team
    • Create UTM tags and QR codes for all campaigns & own tracking and reporting
    • Work with the sales team researching and managing conference participation
    • Manage Hubspot sales tool including form optimization, email nurture sequences, lead scoring, and lead handoff to the sales process

What we’re looking for in your background & what makes you a success:

    • Currently a rising Senior, Senior, or Graduate student
    •  3+ years of experience in a marketing operations role, is a plus
    • Experience and enjoyment working in both B2B and B2C marketing
    • Thorough knowledge and understanding of marketing tactics and metrics reporting
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with our internal stakeholders
    • Experience with Google and other communication tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slack, etc)
    • Hubspot and or Marketing Cloud  management experience (certifications a definite plus)
    • Salesforce management experience (certifications a definite plus)
    • Project management tool experience such as Asana (preferred but not required)
