Catalant has reinvented the $250 billion management consulting industry by connecting business leaders with world-class independent consultants, on demand, through our technology platform. Fortune 1000 enterprises, PE firms and their portfolio companies, and consulting firms partner with Catalant to find experienced independent consultants to solve complex business problems.

With backing from some of the world's top venture capital firms, we continue to bolster our industry-leading platform by growing the team that will take Catalant to the next level.

We are seeking a motivated sales professional to open and grow some of our key Enterprise accounts. Catalant’s technology platform is changing the way companies and talented independent professionals engage to solve business challenges, and our Sales team is growing quickly to meet market demand. In your role, you will create new relationships and drive adoption of the Catalant platform at new and existing customers across the Fortune 500 and other high growth companies.

This opportunity is for a sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset who is excited to build a book of business at a dynamic company.  Account Executives at Catalant are empowered to run their territories with a CEO’s mindset, managing internal and external stakeholders to achieve the results they need.

Our team values diversity in experience and backgrounds—we do our best work when we create space for different voices and perspectives. Whatever unique experiences or skill sets you bring, we look forward to learning from each other.

What you'll do

    • Generate meetings with new and existing users to conduct discovery, identify needs, and close project-based business—via phone and web-based demos and in-person meetings
    • Build strong client relationships by developing a deep understanding of your accounts and tailoring Catalant’s value proposition to meet their needs
    • Leverage a consultative sales approach with Director, VP, and C-suite contacts at target accounts

    • Identify, codify, and share best practices with the rest of the sales team
    • Collaborate with cross-functional Catalant teams in Sales, Marketing, and Product to proactively shape product enhancements and go-to-market initiatives
    • Work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment
    • Share—and live—our company values

What you'll bring

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 5-7+ years of customer-facing experience, ideally in sales or customer success roles for a talent marketplace, staffing/recruiting firm, consulting or technology platform
    • Track record of building and leading relationships with Fortune 500 Executives (VP+)
    • Experience with Salesforce
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
    • Ability to engage clients at all levels
    • Passion for helping businesses solve their most critical challenges
    • Eagerness to be in a highly-entrepreneurial, dynamic, and demanding environment
