About the Role:
 
At Consensus, we're on a mission to transform the way sales teams scale through our product experience platform—and we know that starts with people. As our Senior Director of HR, you'll play a critical role in shaping and advancing our culture of hyper-alignment and high performance. You'll have the unique opportunity to own everything that drives employee engagement and retention, shaping the future of our people strategy as we continue to scale. You’ll lead all facets of the employee experience, including talent development, organizational design, employee engagement, and HR operations. What You’ll Do:
 
Strategic Leadership & Program Management

      Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that supports the company’s business goals, vision, and growth trajectory.
      Lead and drive cultural initiatives to enhance employee engagement, collaboration, and innovation globally and across all levels of the organization.
      Act as a trusted advisor and member of the senior leadership team, offering insights on leadership, organizational development, and talent management to shape the company’s strategic direction
      Leverage HR technologies and data analytics to drive data-driven decision-making, track key metrics, and improve operational efficiencies

Talent Acquisition, Management & Development

      Oversee the recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent, ensuring the company has the right people in the right roles at every stage of growth.
      Lead initiatives for employee development, including leadership training, career progression, and succession planning to build a robust internal talent pipeline.
      Drive performance management processes, ensuring clear expectations, accountability, and continuous feedback.
      Own all employee benefit programs, including compensation and benefits programs, leave management, and recognition programs that attract and retain top talent.
 
Employee Relations & Culture

      Be a culture ambassador and drive our core values throughout the employee experience, including developing and owning the strategy, and driving execution and alignment as we scale our fully remote, global workforce
      Own and drive the internal communications strategy to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging communication and drive alignment across the organization
      Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, fostering a positive and productive work environment, including conflict resolution strategies to ensure fair and consistent application of policies.

HR Compliance & Continuous Improvement

      Ensure global HR compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and jurisdictions
      Develop, optimize, and communicate clear HR policies and procedures in accordance with best practices
 
 
 
What We’re Looking For:
 
      Bachelor’s degree required
      10 years of progressive HR experience is required, with a minimum of 2 years in a Director position
      PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred
      Demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organizations and with diverse client groups
      Excellent presentation, verbal and communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator
      Experience in SaaS preferred

$160,000 - $180,000 a year
Compensation is anticipated to be between $160,000 and $180,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
