Our values aren’t just words on a wall—they’re the heartbeat of our culture. We want you to show up, ready to contribute and grow. Embrace the idea that perfection isn’t the goal; it’s about putting your name on something that’s a “version one” and owning the journey.
With our Product Experience Platform, we’re changing the game with tools like product tours, video demos, and product simulations that accelerate deal closures and create engaging buyer experiences. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute to a transformative journey in enterprise software, we want you on our team. Want to see Consensus in action for yourself? The Team:

Engineering at Consensus is where collaboration meets innovation. We operate with transparency and foster a blameless culture—mistakes aren’t something to hide; they’re fuel for growth. Solving real customer challenges is at the heart of everything we do, and we believe the best software comes from engineers who think like product owners. Here, your ideas matter, your work drives impact, and every line of code makes a difference.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our web applications. In this role, you’ll work closely with Simulation Software Engineers to validate that finished features meet functional and visual expectations before they reach our customers. We’re looking for someone who loves exploring the details of the UI, spotting inconsistencies, and ensuring nothing gets missed. You’ll need to bring a high degree of ownership, an eye for detail, and a passion for user experience.

What You’ll Do:

Validate UI behavior, user interactions, and visual accuracy across modern browsers and screen sizes.
Work directly with developers to understand story intent and test accordingly.
Identify, document, and clearly communicate bugs, usability concerns, or regressions.
Maintain detailed test documentation, including reproduction steps and expected results.
Proactively raise quality concerns and advocate for product polish.
Participate in pre-release validations and sign-offs, ensuring work is production-ready.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience testing modern web applications.
Proficiency in browser developer tools for investigating front-end behavior.
Basic understanding of how front-end applications are structured
A keen eye for visual and interaction details — you notice things others overlook.
Strong ownership mindset — you take responsibility for quality and don’t wait to be told.
      Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your testing workload effectively.
Enthusiasm for delivering a seamless, high-quality user experience.
