People are everything at Forward. Our growing People Partner team is looking for an L&D expert to help build our People Ops strategy and scalable processes to optimize company performance.
Our People Operations team drives our company mission by bringing our culture to life throughout the employee lifecycle. We are trusted advisors to the business who work collaboratively to deliver thoughtful, empathetic, and intelligent solutions to the business. You will draw on your experience as a learning & development professional to create strategies that will help Forward build high-performance teams, create and foster best practices, and optimize and evolve our learning programs as we grow.
As a high leverage member of our People Ops team, your main focus is to help Forward succeed in its mission to bring better healthcare to our members.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop engaging, creative, and impactful learning experiences to improve individual and organizational performance and development
- Provide outstanding program management support, including, keeping partners appropriately engaged and up-to-date; actively resolving project, design, or resource issues; collaborating with cross-functional partners
- Act as first level of program support for key partners and employee questions related to philosophy, guidance, data and policy
WHO YOU ARE:
- 6+ years of HR experience, with 3+ years of direct L&D experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing business needs
- Subject matter expertise in crafting and applying design concepts; ability to develop effective learning interactions across a variety of mediums (in-person, blended, online, self-service) and able to strategically target the appropriate strategy based on our employee needs
- Strong business insight and judgement, team orientation, and collaborative style
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maturely balance sensitive and confidential information
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Applicants for this contractor role will need a self-provided PC with Windows OS. MacOS is not supported.
Internet: You must have wired or wifi connectivity, with download speed minimum of 10.0 Mbps and upload speed minimum of 5.0 Mbps.
Mobile device: Contractors will need a personal phone or tablet that can support authentication for access to Forward’s care team applications. This device should be running Android iOS 8+ or iOS 15+.
Computer: Contractors need access to a laptop or desktop with a monitor capable of displaying 1920 x 1080 pixels, and a sound card installed for use with speakers or headphones. This device should meet the following requirements:
Processor: Intel i3, AMD Ryzen, or better
Memory: 6 GB of RAM or better
Operating System: Windows 10 or better
Browser: Google Chrome (latest version), Firefox (latest version ) or Internet Explorer 11
This contract role pays $17 per hour.
