What You'll Do

    • Build and lead a best-in-class brand marketing team in functions including content, creative, and product marketing.
    • Develop strategy and vision for our brand, aiming to make consumers aware of Forward. 
    • Define the brand principles, positioning and voice to communicate value and build connection.
    • Lead 360-degree campaign development for distribution across all media platforms including blog, broadcast, digital, direct mail, email, out of home, social and web.  
    • Manage external agency and consultant partners across content and creative production verticals including concepting, copywriting, photography and videography. 
    • Lead the team in testing and optimizing content and creative to maximize results. 
    • Track key metrics to ensure that your team and agency partners are reaching business objectives.

You Are

    • Entrepreneurial: You’re a self-starter who loves to own things end-to-end. You don’t ask for permission - you’re too busy making things happen. 
    • Scrappy: You can build teams and direct the work of others, but you also love to roll up your sleeves and get the job done yourself. 
    • Collaborative: You bring great ideas to the table and seek out how to include others to make your ideas even better. People value your opinions and love that you respect theirs. 
    • Impactful: You’re deeply mission-driven, and you think there’s more to life than software that enables puppy ears to be superimposed in photos. (Although we concede those are cute.)

Minimum Qualifications

    • 10-15 years experience in consumer-facing marketing 
    • 3+ years building and leading teams
    • Experience building a consumer-facing brand 
    • Experience managing internal or external creative production teams 
    • Deep knowledge of content marketing and a track record of driving tangible impact including SEO 
    • In-depth understanding and mastery of relevant social channels from both an organic and paid media perspective, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and more
    • Experience managing a team of internal employees and external agency partners
    • BA/BS

The base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-$180,000, plus equity and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
