Forward is redesigning the way we deliver healthcare using all the technologies healthcare has neglected: sensors, mobile, and AI. We’re building out a world-class operations team and as an Operations Manager, you’ll have a foundational role in rebuilding our country’s most important and most broken industry from first principles.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

    • Drive the strategy behind Forward’s geographic expansion (including international)
    • Negotiate leases for our site locations
    • Oversee build-out and new site launch
    • Manage facilities for all existing and new clinics
    • Vendor and process management for the manufacturing of hardware that sits in the sites
    • Key member of the operations leadership team

WHO YOU ARE:

    • Experience with commercial real estate selection, lease negotiation and build out (retail is a plus)
    • 5 years people management experience
    • Demonstrated track record of strategic thinking
    • Start-up experience is a plus
    • Impactful - You’re deeply mission-driven, and you think there’s more to life than software that enables puppy ears to be superimposed in photos. (Although we concede those are cute.)
    • Entrepreneurial - You’re a self-starter who loves to own things end-to-end. You don’t ask for permission - you’re too busy making things happen.
    • Build Good Teams - Not only managing them, building them. You know how to make those around you better and feed off their energy. You take care of your teammates.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000-$220,000, plus equity and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
