About the Team:
Currently we have millions of sales funnels, websites, attributions, forms and survey tools for lead generation. Our B2B customers use these tools to bring in the leads to the HighLevel CRM system. We are working to continuously improve the functionality of these tools to solve our customers’ business needs. In this role, you will be expected to be autonomous, guide other developers who might need technical help, collaborate with other technical teams, product, support and customer success

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Cyber Security and Architecture to lead our Cybersecurity program to secure GoHighLevel assets through Security Operations Center, incident response and securing architecture of platform and infrastructure. This role is crucial in establishing and maintaining our cybersecurity defenses and responding effectively to security incidents. Works directly with the Head of Cybersecurity to maintain the Security posture of the organization.

What You Will Do:

    • Work with the MSSP to optimize the Security Operations Center (SOC)
    • Develop, implement, and maintain incident response procedures
    • Lead security incident response efforts
    • Evaluate and implement SOC and other enterprise tools and technologies
    • Provide feedback to the MSSP to develop and maintain SOC playbooks and runbooks
    • Conduct regular security assessments and penetration tests
    • Provide leadership and mentoring to develop GRC Platform
    • Collaborate with other IT and security teams to enhance overall security posture
    • Supporting and implementing Information Security frameworks viz. ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2 etc

What You Bring:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
    • 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
    • Strong knowledge of network security, system security, and cyber threat landscape
    • Experience with SIEM tools, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other security technologies
    • Proficiency in incident response methodologies and best practices
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong leadership and communication skills

Qualifications

    • Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
    • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or equivalent
    • Experience in a startup or fast-paced technology environment
    • Knowledge of cloud security and containerization technologies
