Who You Are:
You are a strategic and data-driven Growth Marketer who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and customer success. You bring a strong sense of ownership to initiatives, from identifying customer and market opportunities to shaping go-to-market strategies and measuring impact. You're deeply curious about user behavior and motivated by results, especially when those results lead to better product experiences and business growth.
You have experience running experiments, optimizing funnels, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to drive adoption and engagement. You enjoy connecting the dots between product capabilities and real customer needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Analyze and deeply understand customer needs across priority industries to inform growth strategies.
- Partner with Product teams to ensure features and onboarding flows are optimized for key user segments.
- Architect and continuously optimize end-to-end user journeys—from top-of-funnel to in-product activation.
- Plan and execute feature adoption campaigns and lifecycle programs tailored to high-potential customer groups.
- Serve as a connector across Product, Marketing, Education, and Customer Success ensuring alignment and execution against growth goals.
- Report on progress and insights to senior leadership and internal stakeholders with clarity and strategic context.
- Measure program impact using KPIs like activation rate, retention, NPS, and industry segment expansion.
- Lead user education and acquisition initiatives to drive product understanding and increase conversion.
- Collaborate with affiliate, marketing, support, and sales enablement teams to grow adoption in target niches.
- Conduct regular user interviews to gather insights and deliver structured feedback to product and engineering.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, lifecycle, or product-led growth roles.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, Looker).
- Experience using tools like Loom, Markup, or Figma to convey feedback or ideas visually.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, product onboarding patterns, and B2B user journeys.
- Strong track record of partnering with product, marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable leading initiatives across multiple stakeholders and delivering results without needing formal authority.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill customer behavior and market signals into actionable insights.
- Proven experience driving cross-functional growth initiatives across marketing and product.
- Confidence in leading projects, influencing without authority, and aligning teams around common goals.
- Comfort with experimentation frameworks and running A/B tests to validate hypotheses.
- Deep familiarity with data and analytics tools, and the ability to measure what matters.
- Experience in user acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and/or in-app engagement strategies.
- Clear and persuasive communicator—able to share complex ideas simply across functions.
- Understanding of SaaS business models and agency/internet marketing ecosystems.
- A collaborative spirit and willingness to mentor peers and share knowledge across the team.
