About the Role
HighLevel is looking for a seasoned Product Operations Manager to lead and scale our growing Product Ops team. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, optimizing product development workflows, and bridging the gap between product strategy and execution. You will oversee a team of 7+ Product Ops Specialists and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams to drive data-driven decisions and streamline operations.

Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of 7+ Product Ops Specialists, fostering professional development and collaboration
- Define team goals, KPIs, and metrics to measure and enhance team performance
- Serve as the escalation point for operational challenges, ensuring swift resolution
Strategic Planning:
- Drive operational strategy to improve product development processes, reduce inefficiencies, and ensure scalability
- Develop frameworks and processes to support effective cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, and other teams
Process Optimization:
- Identify, implement, and standardize best practices for product operations across the organization
- Lead initiatives to improve automation, reduce manual effort, and enhance productivity using tools like Zapier, Python, or SQL
Data-Driven Insights:
- Oversee the development of dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide actionable insights into product performance
- Work with the team to analyze feedback from beta tests, user research, and surveys to identify patterns and opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams to align on goals and priorities
- Establish a regular cadence for Knowledge Transfers and training sessions to keep internal teams informed of roadmap updates
Product Launch Management:
- Lead and coordinate the operational aspects of product launches, including go-to-market strategies, stakeholder communication, and post-launch analysis
- Develop strategies to ensure successful adoption of new features, reducing product tickets through proactive documentation and training
Requirements
Experience:
- 6+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience managing teams, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, MongoDB, SQL, or Python)
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier) and project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Freshdesk)
- Understanding of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
Leadership Skills:
