If so, you might be the perfect fit for our team! As a People Experience Generalist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our employees feel supported and valued throughout their time with us. You bring strong analytical skills, expertise in executing initiatives that enhance the employee experience, and a deep commitment to effective communication and continuous improvement. Your strong background in communication and ability to craft clear, engaging people-focused messaging for campaigns and strategies will be critical in driving engagement and understanding across our team. What You Will Do:

    • Supporting the onboarding journey of new employees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from their first day through their first 90 days.
    • Creating and executing communication plans for employee experience campaigns, ensuring alignment with team strategy and a clear understanding across the organization.
    • Leading and crafting communication strategies for new joiner orientations and check-ins, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
    • Partnering with the Learning & Development (L&D) teams to develop and execute initiatives based on employee feedback, aimed at improving the overall employee lifecycle.
    • Analyzing employee feedback data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for enhancing the employee experience.
    • Collaborating with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to address any resource gaps or feedback provided by new hires, ensuring that employee needs are met.
    • Developing and implementing initiatives that support employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction, with a focus on impactful communication and strategic messaging.
    • Continuously reviewing and improving the onboarding process and other employee experience programs to align with best practices and feedback.
    • Staying current with trends in employee experience, engagement, and communications, and bringing innovative ideas to the team.
    • Working on other assigned projects as needed, with an emphasis on effective communication execution.

What You'll Bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Communications/Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, employee experience, or a related field, with a focus on onboarding and the employee lifecycle.
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience in interpreting data and feedback to drive decision-making and improvements.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, HRBPs, and other stakeholders.
    • Experience in developing and executing employee engagement and experience initiatives.
    • Ideally, you have experience developing and executing communication plans within a People team or across the organization, effectively conveying strategies and initiatives to engage and align employees at all levels.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and employee feedback tools, with the ability to analyze and report on data effectively.
    • A passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
