About the Role
HighLevel Inc. is seeking an Associate Product Manager for our Mobile Apps. This role oversees our HighLevel, LeadConnector, and Whitelabelled Mobile Apps. The goal is to build a delightful experience for our customers while making sure that the apps stay updated with features launched on web.
You will be supported by a team of developers, infrastructure specialists, designers, and other teams, and guided by the leadership. You will be required to refine the roadmap, prioritize ruthlessly, and focus on adding value for other teams in an iterative manner. This will require a deep understanding of which features are most important to solve our organizational challenges, derived from your deep knowledge of SaaS businesses, process optimizations, analytics tools, and product definition skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for our mobile apps.
- Interact with multiple teams, internal stakeholders, and customers to make sure the mobile apps are always updated with the latest features.
- Educate internal teams on the latest developments and trade-offs in product decisions.
- Monitor Product and BAU metrics to make informed decisions.
- Empower marketing, trial engagement, customer success, account management, data platform, affiliate management, and support teams.
Requirements
- Ability to write accurate and precise OKRs.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or agency environment.
- Previous experience as an APM or PM.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum environments.
- Experience with Pendo, Figma, Clickup and Wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Whimsical, etc.) is a bonus.
- Previous experience of building cross-platform mobile apps is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead without formal authority and guide other departmental leaders to outcomes.
