Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to head our Biz/Ops recruitment efforts. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of open roles across various departments such as Support, Success, Sales, Marketing, and G&A. The ideal candidate will possess a strong balance of stakeholder management and delivery skills, coupled with analytical acumen and team leadership abilities. You will work closely with Head of Global Talent Acquisition to drive special projects, including diversity initiatives, employer branding, and the enhancement of TA practices.
Who You Are:
- End-to-End Recruitment Delivery: Head and manage the full recruitment cycle for Biz/Ops roles, ensuring timely and effective hiring to meet business needs. Focus on scaling non-tech hiring, with experience in Support, Success, Sales, Marketing, and G&A roles.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders. Set clear expectations on recruitment timelines and capabilities, raising concerns proactively if there are delays in requirement sharing or other potential bottlenecks.
- Team Leadership and Motivation: Manage and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Inspire and motivate the team to achieve recruitment goals while managing expectations and workload effectively.
- Analytical Reporting: Utilize strong analytical skills to create and deliver weekly and monthly hiring reports, providing insights into recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities. Use data to inform decision-making and optimize the recruitment process.
- Special Projects: Collaborate closely with the Head of Global Talent Acquisition on special projects, such as diversity hiring initiatives, employer branding efforts, and the continuous improvement of TA practices.
- International Hiring: Leverage experience in international hiring to attract and recruit top talent from global markets, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record in scaling non-tech hiring, including Support, Success, Sales, Marketing, and G&A roles. Experience with international hiring is a strong plus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, with 5+ experience in managing a talent acquisition team in a fast-paced environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Adept at setting and managing expectations, with a proactive approach to addressing concerns.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in using data to drive recruitment strategies and decisions. Proficient in creating and delivering hiring reports.
- Project Management: Experience in managing or contributing to special projects, such as diversity hiring, employer branding, and the implementation of TA best practices.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
