About the Role:
We are seeking an AI Employee Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing success of our AI products, ensuring seamless onboarding, timely updates, and maintaining a strong relationship with clients throughout their journey.
Your Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
- Own the “AI employee” customer relationship for the lifetime of the customer
- Monitor new sale events and work with customers to complete the setup
Conduct initial setup tasks, which include:
- Setting up Voice AI and Conversation AI agents for their account
- Configuring Reviews AI and Content AI
- Creating supporting custom fields, calendars, and workflows required to support the AI agents
Onboarding and Support:
- Provide exceptional support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical and setup issues during onboarding
- Work closely with developers, testers, and product teams to ensure smooth deployment of AI features and updates
- Gather user feedback and take appropriate actions to ensure user satisfaction
Compliance and Updates:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry guidelines and best practices related to AI tool usage, and ensure compliance
- Provide regular reports on product updates, user feedback, and usage metrics to the management team
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
- Assist in the development of support documentation and training materials for AI products
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and user experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience managing customer accounts and deployments, preferably with AI tools.
- Strong proficiency with task management tools, dashboards, and troubleshooting prompt issues
- Familiarity with open AI and prompting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and coordination of data across multiple systems, including Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team.
