About the Team:
Currently we have millions of sales funnels, websites, attributions, forms and survey tools for lead generation. Our B2B customers use these tools to bring in the leads to the HighLevel CRM system. We are working to continuously improve the functionality of these tools to solve our customers’ business needs. In this role, you will be expected to be autonomous, guide other developers who might need technical help, collaborate with other technical teams, product, support and customer success

About the Role:
HighLevel Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for our Internal Tools products. This role oversees our billing system, subscription management, sign-up attribution, support tools, internal IA, affiliate program, data platform, and analytics for internal teams. The goal is to provide business-critical processes, automations, and actionable insights & visibility on platform metrics to other teams.
Your colleagues and peers will be your customers. You will be supported by a team of developers, infrastructure specialists, designers, and other teams, and guided by the leadership. You will be required to refine the roadmap, prioritize ruthlessly, and focus on adding value for other teams in an iterative manner. This will require a deep understanding of which features are most important to solve our organizational challenges, derived from your deep knowledge of SaaS businesses, experience with building internal tools, process optimizations, analytics tools, and product definition skills.


    • Develop a strategy to make platform metrics more accessible and transparent.
    • Build a long-term product strategy to enhance the robustness of internal tools.
    • Educate internal teams on the latest developments and trade-offs in product decisions.
    • Monitor and assess the reliability of internal systems like billing, support, affiliate management, and internal automations.
    • Empower marketing, trial engagement, customer success, account management, data platform, affiliate management, and support teams.
    • Audit and improve internal systems for platform analytics, revenue reporting, and usage reports.


    • Ability to write accurate and precise OKRs.
    • Experience in a B2B SaaS or agency environment.
    • Previous experience as an APM or PM.
    • Familiarity with Agile or SCRUM environments.
    • Experience with Pendo, Stripe, FirstPromoter, and/or Zapier.
    • Ability to read and understand APIs.
    • Knowledge of event-based systems vs. workflow-based systems.
    • Ability to lead without formal authority and guide other departmental leaders to outcomes.
