Who You Are: 

You are a highly organized, relationship-driven professional who thrives on connecting people, amplifying partners’ successes, and representing the HighLevel brand with energy and empathy. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and quick on your feet—able to manage logistics, adapt to changing schedules, and create meaningful, high-touch experiences for affiliates. Tech-comfortable and results-focused, you blend creativity and data insights to give affiliates maximum exposure across podcasts, events, and social channels. You’re passionate about building community, fostering trust, and finding new ways to help partners grow alongside HighLevel’s thriving affiliate program

What You’ll Do

    • Attend in-person HighLevel events with affiliates to ensure the affiliate experience is representative of the HighLevel brand including but not limited to coordinating arrival and departure of key affiliates or speakers, white-glove treatment, and schedule coordination for external and internal parties
    • Act as the primary liaison for affiliate partners to ensure they’re consistently showcased across podcasts, content, and HighLevel-hosted platforms
    • Vet and manage podcast requests for internal speakers, prioritizing affiliate-driven opportunities and ensuring smart calendar scheduling
    • Own the affiliate team content calendar—light engagement with community posts (~3 per week) and regular support for affiliate social visibility 
    • Book affiliate partners for relevant exposure opportunities (e.g., podcast interviews, event appearances, social collabs) with internal team members and maintain the relationship with the affiliate partners throughout HighLevel events
    • Collaborate with the Events team to ensure affiliate partners feel prioritized at in-person events - Assist with check-in, swag distribution, and VIP treatment for affiliates with compensated tickets or speaking roles
    • Identify and forward affiliate-related event or partnership opportunities to the affiliate and events teams
    • Other job duties as may be assigned

Key Success Metrics

    • Volume of meaningful in-person affiliate interactions per month
    • Number of affiliate partners successfully booked on internal content (podcasts, interviews, panels)
    • Engagement growth across affiliate-facing content and community touchpoints

What You Bring

    • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, relationship coordination, event coordination, or marketing operations
    • Natural connector with great communication and follow-through
    • Proven ability to manage logistics, track deliverables, and juggle multiple requestsComfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, events, and content teams
    • Natural conversationalist and ability to enter and navigate tough conversations on the fly
    • Familiarity with social media scheduling, podcast booking, and CRM tools is a plus
    • Strong attention to detail with a love for helping partners feel seen and supported
    • Strong preference for an individual with a healthy understanding of social media trends with company-relevant content
