About the Team
The Lead generation team within GHL is on a mission to ensure effective lead generation world wide for SMEs. We want to power SMEs with all the products and features that help them generate and nurture leads. We support products like Funnels, Websites, Media Storage, Domains, Custom Widgets, Forms, and Surveys which help in lead generation for SMEs.
About the Role
HighLevel Inc is seeking a motivated Associate Product Manager to join the Funnels team, taking charge of the end-to-end user experience in creating and managing online forms and surveys. Your responsibilities will encompass guiding the team in conceptualizing, launching, and optimizing the entire life cycle of Funnels products, such as Builder, analytics, events, SEO, custom widgets, Funnel AI, A/B testing, and more. This includes configuring builder settings, submission flows, notifications, analytics, and integrating with various platforms.
As part of a dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, validating concepts, sizing potential, conducting user interviews, and proposing innovative solutions to enhance the platform.
Our current platform handles a substantial volume of data, processing millions of responses each quarter. With the expansion of our product base to include enhanced Funnels capabilities, you will contribute to increasing the platform's overall usage and impact.

Responsibilities
- Establish a strategic vision for HighLevel's Funnels functionality, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
- Make informed decisions regarding product roadmaps, drawing insights from market trends, user requirements, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize user requirements, as well as to enhance features based on feedback.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and data analysis to gather insights, identify pain points, and translate user needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of Funnels. Coordinate with marketing efforts to drive user engagement.
- Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and updates to internal teams and stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert on reports. Provide guidance and support to internal teams and external customers.
- Define and track key product metrics to evaluate performance, driving data-driven decision-making. Monitor customer feedback and conduct a competitive analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior work experience in Product Management in the B2B Saas, B2B or B2C space
- Ability to deconstruct software products and distinguish between good and bad user experiences
- Prior experience as a founder/cofounder will be highly appreciated
- Prior experience in building a 0-to-1 product is preferable
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline
Indicative Interview Process

Step 1: Introductions & Exploratory Call (Duration: 30 mins) - This step aims to introduce HighLevel to you, answer questions about our Vision, Mission, and roadmap, and get to know you better.
Step 2: Product Round (Duration: 60 mins) - This round assesses your product management skills and abilities across various dimensions, such as strategic thinking, process understanding, product judgment, and problem-solving.
Step 3: Assignment - You will be expected to work on a Product Teardown Case Study.
Step 4: Case Study Round (Duration: 60 mins) - The goal of this round is to evaluate your presentation, product sense, communication, and strategy skills.
Step 5: Cultural Fitment Round (Duration: 30 mins) - The goal of this round is to assess cultural fit by discussing values, behaviors, traits, and other relevant aspects to ensure alignment between the candidate and the company’s culture.
