Position: Sr. HRIS Analyst
Shift Timing: 12pm - 9pm IST 
This role is 100% remote for residents of India.

As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you're not just familiar with HR Information Systems—you’re a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a drive to innovate. You bring enthusiasm for data-driven decision-making and a deep understanding of HR systems. With our upcoming transition to a new HRIS platform, Darwinbox, and a focus on streamlining our other platforms, you'll play a key role in ensuring our systems are aligned with our evolving needs. What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS platform (Darwinbox) to align with organizational needs.
    • Collaborating with HR, IT, and other departments to contribute to HRIS strategies and solutions.
    • Assisting in HRIS projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations with other systems.
    • Analyzing and refining HR processes and workflows to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
    • Providing training and support to HR staff and other end-users on the HRIS system and related technologies.
    • Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
    • Developing and generating HR reports and analytics to aid decision-making and strategic planning.
    • Staying current with the latest HRIS trends, technologies, and best practices.
    • Work on other assigned projects as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HRIS analysis or a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices, including payroll, benefits, recruiting, and performance management.
    • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Darwinbox, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
    • Solid project management skills, with the ability to support multiple projects concurrently.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a high attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
    • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
