Job Summary:
The Onsite Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing
relationships with our most important clients. This role is pivotal in driving sales
growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, and overseeing the successful delivery
of products and services. The KAM will work closely with internal teams to meet and
exceed client expectations, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Sales:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing key accounts and ensure cross-selling and upselling strategies are effectively executed.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges, and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure new business and renew existing contracts.

Service:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring all client inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the On Site Managers, and Recruiting team to provide exceptional support and resolve any escalated issues or complaints.
- Monitor service levels and client satisfaction, implementing improvement plans where necessary.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.

Delivery:
- Oversee the delivery process to ensure products and services are delivered on time and meet the clients’ specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Recruiting, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and address any delivery-related issues.
- Ensure all client projects are managed effectively, from initiation through to completion, including timelines, resources, and budget management.
- Provide regular updates to clients, and Recruiting on the status of their orders and projects, ensuring transparency and trust.
